Woof! Meow! One thing before you go…
Do you need to find a loving home for your pet?
Shelters are often inundated with pet surrenders, and do not want to provide a simple outlet that takes away the obligation of responsible pet ownership. Therefore, they would prefer that people try hard to find a solution before resorting to surrendering their pet to a shelter. If you must find a new home for a pet, please try posting to our adoption portal before placing the burden on the shelter. Direct adoptions work well and allow everyone to share in the accountability of their community!

The Branch is essentially self-sufficient, dependent on funds raised locally to care for the cats we rescue. We have a small dedicated committee who help to run the Branch, we are however still desperately seeking Fosterers to help us to accommodate the ever growing number of cats that come into our care as these are mainly cared for in individual 'foster homes'.
Our mission is based upon the charity's three keys aims:
* To help stray and unwanted cats and kittens, caring for and rehoming them where possible.
* To encourage the neutering of all cats and kittens not required for breeding.
* To inform the public about the care of cats and kittens. Our work doesn't always stop there as we also seek to alleviate the problem of unwanted cats, by offering information and advice about responsible cat ownership and promoting neutering to stop unwanted kittens and cats as an effective solution.
