UPDATE: he came home!! On the eve of night #4 he came in the back door smelling of smoke and soot— we think he may have been stuck in the house currently being gutted and flipped down the street. He is hungry and exhausted (I am exhausted but not hungry— lots of anxiety-fueled eating over the past few days!). Thanks for listening all! I just put a collar on him and am setting up the elaborate cat tracking collar tomorrow! ——
