The story of "Princess Luna (She a" in Texas

After 7 days and several tips from the community, searching all over town and distributing flyers and posting, we finally had a tip from her person whom we gave a flyer to the day before, that had sighting of her that came with a picture to confirm it was her! I went out to the area with no luck and had to leave to work, but my husband was getting off of work, so he along with my daughter, sister, nephew, and some more friends and family all went put to the area she was. After attempts to call her name by friends and family they noticed quickly that this made her bolt further into the park so they started just following her, to keep track of where she was, which was hard because she was so fast. Finally, my husband was on one side of the street and my sister was down the other way. My husband called her name and she looked like she was about to sprint away when he said, “It’s me, Daddy!” She turned her head, saw him, and sprinted to him. We are happy to have Luna home. Thanks to everyone who helped in any way and to PawBoost for making it easy to post online and download a flyer that made such a difference in getting the word out. All the Facebook lost pet groups, Nextdoor, & Neighborhood apps were very helpful as well! I had some peace in knowing that the NoKillNetwork had alerted the nearby shelters in case she ended up there during this entire search.
