About this Found Cat

Hi! Today we stopped to get some food at BK 13433 Leopard St. Corpus Christi . We happen to have our two dogs and cat with us. We were traveling. We live 3.5 hours away from y'all. We found a male intact cat that looked like he had been abused because he had his whiskers clipped and abandoned cause he looked rough. He had a friendly disposition and was desperate for love. He was also really hungry. We left him food and water. He ate and then walked back and hid in a gutter. We also informed the BK establishment to see if anyone would help him. Apparently they have known he has been there. We were planning on driving there and getting him but we dont know what to do with him next. Especially in the condition he is in. We dont know if he has anything that could get our geriatric population of fur babies sick. We would not mind paying for him to be treated, vaccinated or getting him fixed. But we cannot keep him.
