Thanks to the friendly folks at Twin Valley Behavioral Health in the Hilltop area. They collared a scraped and scared English Setter, calmed her, and called the number on the back of her tag. One vet visit later, we confirmed Scout is none the worse for wear from her adventure, and we are looking into a GPS collar... just in case!!
