Thank you to Kelly who found Luke! I’d like to inform everyone that my dad and I have decided to let Kelly keep Luke and rename him Chappy. My dad realized he made a mistake leaving the dog outside alone. We saw that Chappy and Kelly have already taken to each other, so it’s for the best to leave him with her and her family. My dad promises to not adopt until we take care of other things by next summer and pick the dog together and responsibly.
