Rufus is a scruffy grey male dog, medium build. Has a collar and tag marked with a number for Brown County Animal Shelter. He is friendly but has been running from people. Likes being around other dogs. Will run if approached. If you’re able to contain him in a fenced area, house or garage that would be great. Probably a bit hungry.
