About this Lost Cat
Lost Cat, missing in Parma Heights since 03/23/21. This is Bear, she is a 13 year old gray Torbie (a mix between a dilute tortoiseshell cat and a gray tabby cat.) She has gray, brown and amber colors markings. She is spayed, but not declawed. She has a heart shaped nose, vertical stripes above her eyes, a small visible bump under her lower lip, and a black mole on her front right paw. Bear has hyperthyroidism and cannot gain weight, which means she may be very skinny by the time she is found. Bear is an indoor only cat, and has been missing since March 23rd, 2021. She went missing near the corner of Mariana Drive and Rosslyn, in Parma Heights (neighbood is near the corner of Pearl Rd and W130th, off Big Creek.) She is fearful of strangers, dogs and cars. She tends to find tiny spaces to squeeze into and hide, so please check under your decks, sheds, and porches, and behind your garages. She responds to treats and loves wet cat food and turkey, though she does ignore those if she is scared or being stubborn. If you see her, please try to take a picture. We appreciate (so much!) all the sweet and caring neighbors that have reached out to us, but we have spent many a night chasing after found cats that turn out to be orange or white. Bear is mostly gray and light brown/amber. If you live near the location she went missing, please check your motion cameras and ring cameras to see if she’s been around. We are especially hoping someone has video from March 23rd/early morning of March 24th. We fear a coyote may have snatched her up and carried her off. If you have elderly neighbors, please show them this post. We have laminated flyers around the neighborhood, but we fear there may be elderly neighbors that don’t leave the house or go online, that may have found her and brought her in. If you spot her please call or text 440-212-8569 or 440-371-8323. Thank you so much everyone for all your help! We have amazing neighbors
