Thanks to the woman who turned Ciara in to the Manhattan Animal Control Center a week after she was lost. We hired tracking dogs to follow her path which ended abruptly on the street, and knew she was abducted. The woman who turned her in said she took the dog from a man she knew didn't have a dog.
