he has black arms and down lower he had little boots with white and he is a male not microchipped he had not been neutered he was last seen on White Bluff Circle, friendly cat but don’t pick him up I really miss him. And please help me to find him he couldn’t have been far I don’t know yet please help me find him black and white green eyes
