About this Lost Cat
Howard is a gray tabby. He is wearing a blue collar. One of his pupils is misshappen and is sometimes more noticeable than others. It appears like he is almost cross eyed sometimes.
He often rolls around on his back but is afraid if strangers and may run off if you approach him while he rolls. He responds to Howard, but may not respond to strangers. He has a very girly, whiney meow. He is microchipped. He will be turning 3 years old on may 27th.
