About this Lost Dog
River is a 4 year old black and white Border Collie with the most amazing brown eyes. He should still be wearing a red collar with a black and red leash attached. We rescued him from a shelter and he escaped within minutes of getting to his new home. He is very sweet but is very scared of people. He will try to run when approached.
