Bill has long medium brown hair. The front of his neck is pure white and his back paws are white. Bill has black eyes and they are beginning to show signs of cataracts. He has long floppy ears that are for decoration, as Bill only uses them once in awhile. His long hair tail curls up and his back legs cross when he is walking. Bill has a sensitive back and neck. Bill is around 85 in dog years.
