About this Found Cat

Seems to be a few month old female, super friendly (follows, cuddles, loves attention and gets on your lap)! She has been hanging out by our house for the last 3 days. Came up to our neighbors and followed me, rubbed against my leg, and purrs loudly when pet. I have her on my porch and when we fed her last night, she was starving and very thirsty. We cannot figure out who she belongs to, she just appeared and she walked right into my house as I let her onto the porch. I would keep her, but we already have a few cats. There is a black cat following her around that is a known stray, but she hisses at the cat. Afraid she will get hurt or ran over by a car.
