Shiloh, is a standard Mexican hairless dog. He is brown, 7 months old and medium-sized dog between 40 to 50lb He is a super timid and shy around people so he will not approach people. He was wearing a blue slip collar and a 6ft red M1K9 leash.
Please do not chase him as he is terrified out of his mind right now and chasing him will just fuel his flight response to keep him running.
