Orange tabby, white chest & toes, white half "mustache". Friendly but skittish. Looks skinny but is healthy. Has green collar/purple tag, and is CHIPPED! May be in the woods behind the eastbound rest area MM234, Florida Panhandle near Monticello/Jefferson Co.
