STILL SEARCHING FOR FRANKIE as of 08/01/24. His plastic neck cone was found on the sidewalk at the YMCA by a pedestrian who was walking & noticed his lost flyer on 07/28/24. At the side of the building where extra parking is available across from Whittier HS Cardinals. Handed out a few flyers up & down Pickering, and across from Whittier HS. Again he is not much of a people person. Approach him with love & soft voice. Last wearing a safety cone around his neck w/pink tie & a green harness. Has a gauze insert. He has a white fur on stomach area. Last seen Pickering Ave, Hadley, and Bailey. He has been described as a tuxedo cat. He has a Charlie Chaplin white under his nose.
