White male toy poodle miniature schnauzer mix- “Kona” is VERY timid to people and sounds, he does not have his collar or harness on, IS MICROCHIPPED! Went missing at 12am on Oct.15th in Blvd Park/midtown Sac. Btwn 19th street and F & G street. Have possible sitings over in East Sac neighborhoods.
