Jerry returned home through the garage he escaped from about 4:30 this morning, July 15. A heartfelt thank to all who offered suggestions or words of encouragement. And a big thank you to all the shelter volunteers, foster parents, and folks who adopt shelter animals. It was wrenching to lose him, and I feel blessed that he returned home, safe and uninjured. I guess I didn't provide such a terrible environment after all! He scheduled for vet visit and a chip late next week.
