Someone found her, was keeping her and was not looking at all the online resources and local shelters and pounds to see who the dog belongs to. Another person saw the dog and posted her on Nextdoor. However, the dog was given back to the person who found her, not us. Based on images of streets and surrounding areas, we were able to find this person who was keeping her.
