About this Lost Dog

Last seen on H street and Broadway, between trolley station and Broadway in Chula Vista. Brown black blondish head. Looks like Yorkie but fuzzy long hair not straight. He's cut short but it's grown out short and not exactly even. He has arthritis in his hip so sometimes he favors his left hind leg or will hold it up. He has two pinkish white spots on his lower lip. Almost makes Him look like he has buckteeth at the right angle. He has bad teeth he's older. A man that stays on the street and various places around here stole him. He's been seen tying Fred up to news paper stand while he goes in gas station or convenient store. He has him on the rope.
