About this Lost Cat
Yellow-orange community cat lovebug managed to escape and get out of the carrier right outside the Chula Vista Animal Care Facility when I took him to get treatment for a laceration on his cheek and to get neutered. His name is Auzzie (pronounced Awe-see) and he is very friendly. He is a non-neutered male with yellow-orange shorthair fur; he has dark small spots around his mouth, and yellow eyes.
He's a shorthair tabby. Last seen outside the Chula Vista Animal Care facility on Beyer way.
Auzzie is one of several cats we feed and we miss him so much. I’m used to him waiting for his breakfast when I open the door outside, and it’s so sad to not have him around.
We also built a shelter outside for him to sleep away from the rain and to let other community cats rest once we take them to get spayed/neutered. It has been raining these past days and I hope he’s ok. I’ve been visiting the area around the shelter every day but I have not seen him since.
If you see him please contact me to return him to his home here in National City.
Thank you.
