Shelters are often inundated with pet surrenders, and do not want to provide a simple outlet that takes away the obligation of responsible pet ownership. Therefore, they would prefer that people try hard to find a solution before resorting to surrendering their pet to a shelter. If you must find a new home for a pet, please try posting to our adoption portal before placing the burden on the shelter. Direct adoptions work well and allow everyone to share in the accountability of their community!

Empowering dog owners with education. Foster rescue dogs facing euthanasia are rehabilitated and re-homed with ongoing support. We match every family with the dog who suits their lifestyle assuring a lifelong match. Please contact us if you have, or know of, a dog that needs one-on-one training to live a happy, healthy life.
We support the dogs with no where else to go. We have a long waiting list so as an alternative to surrendering your dog, we can help with training and resources while we search for a compatible home.
