Tabby Tales Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue licensed in the state of GA. We exist for the sole purpose of saving homeless cats in the Savannah area.

Our dream is that every cat will have a happy tale. We endeavor to save homeless cats through local adoption, transport and community cat sterilization efforts. Founded in 2016, Tabby Tales is dedicated to matching the right pets with the right people and provides for stress-free foster living until each cat has a loving home. Our transport program allows us to provide alternative adoption options when local placement is not available. In fact, in 2019 we were able to double our life-saving capacity through transport.

We also endeavor to help prevent surrenders to kill shelters whenever possible by providing resources and referrals for private re-homing, behavior modification, low cost spay/neuter, and emergency veterinary care. Our Feline Good initiative helps to provide for the spay/neuter and vaccination primarily of owned cats when owners and cat caregivers are unable to accommodate the need. Tabby Tales is a small but mighty force with an unwavering commitment to end cat homelessness and suffering in our community. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization. We are not affiliated with any local, state or federal government agency. Our work is supported entirely by private donations.
