He is so sweet and learning about love and affection, he is begging for a second chance and hoping his forever family is in Wisconsin! He is a beautiful dog who had to be shaved to regrow her coat due to neglect. Frankie is a very shy but coming out of his shell, with some love and care he will be a wonderful companion!
