About this Dog
Tarzan is a sweet almost 5 yr old Anatolian/Hound dog mix years old who is still looking for his forever home. Tarzan was found with another dog by a good samaritan and brought into the rescue. He is a playful guy who loves to play tug of war and chase his tennis balls. He's very obedient, is crate trained and seems to be non reactive to other dogs. He loves to receive the love and attention of humans and will follow you all around. He may need a little help with leash walking and experiences typical environmental allergies controlled by medications. Tarzan is currently being fostered in Shelton, WA but can be transported within OR-WA! All our dogs require secure VISIBLE fencing. All current pets in adoptive home must be spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccinations. Adoption Fee: $175 All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations. Transport Fee: $350 Transport fee includes the cost of transport plus the Health Certificate required for USDA approved transport. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Tarzan was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Tarzan’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Tarzan’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Tarzan’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
