About this Dog
Meet Trac! Born in Oct. 2020, this guy is loyal, smart, and protective. That being said, he is the dog for someone with breed experience. Trac has received basic training and is a fast learner, especially when treats are involved. Because he is such a fast learner, he has also learned a few abilities that will be a challenge for an owner. For example, he can open latched gates and he may dig if bored, so he would not be someone to keep outside during your workday. Once he bonds with someone, he will stick to them like Velcro. While Trac is very loyal to people he has gotten to know and trust, he is not friendly with strangers. He would do best in a home that does not have much activity surrounding it. It would also not be advised to take him off-leash near others. While Trac can do okay with other large dogs with proper introductions, he does have an alpha personality. Trac also has a high prey drive, so he cannot be in a home with small dogs, cats, or other small animals. Because of his size and alpha personality, a home without small children would be best. Although he may be a challenge, winning Trac over is very rewarding.

100% of Trac's balance will be sent to whoever adopts Trac.
Adopt Trac and Receive Trac's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Trac's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Trac's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Trac, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Trac's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Trac was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Trac’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Trac’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Trac’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
