BIG CHIEF - 1 yr 3 months old, 82 pounds, nervous at first meetings but will warm up to you given time Big Chief was surrendered with his siblings after his home caught on fire. He is a very sweet boy, quiet at first, who needs a few meetings before he really warms up to you. It will come, just give him time! He has been around lots of other dogs but has shown he does not like other dominant male dogs. He is, on the other hand, a protector of any female canine companions. He can be the best couch potato as you all watch your favorite movies and then he can be an incredibly playful and energetic boy when it is exercise or playtime. He might require house training so please understand your patience will be necessary. Can not go to apartments or town homes. Big Chief is currently in our large dog adoption kennel so come on in to meet him! *Big Chief cannot go to an apartment or townhome.
