About this Cat
Allow us to introduce you to Raptor! Raptor is the only girl in her litter of 4, and when you look at that stunning face you just know she's the princess of the group. She looks like how we imagine Walt Disney would draw a cat, with her big eyes and long whiskers. She is also the smallest of her crew, and will likely grow up to be a pretty petite cat, but she does not let that stand in her way when it comes to playtime! She loves chasing string toys, feathers, toy mice, balls... she'd probably play with a piece of trash if we let her. It's not all just fun and games - snuggle time is very important to her. She loves laying in the cat tree, especially when the sun is shining on it, and cuddling with her siblings or just watching the birds through the window. Raptor spent the first 5-6 weeks of her life living under a shed with her mama and siblings, but she quickly settled into indoor-only life and instinctively knew how to use the litter box on day 1. She is still learning to feel comfortable around people; she doesn't mind being pet while she's eating or otherwise distracted, but might run to hide if approached too quickly. Her comfort with her foster parents is improving each day, so she will just need to find a forever home that will give her time and patience to settle in. She loves other cats, isn't quite sure about the resident dog, and would do best in a home with another kitty to be her friend. If you've fallen in love with her sweet face but don't have any other cats at home, consider looking at the profiles of her brothers or mama - Indo, T-Rex, Ptery, and Gabby (mom)! Young kittens do best when they have other young cats around to play with and learn important socialization skills (search online for "single kitten syndrome"). Raptor is not yet big enough to be spayed, but arrangements will be made between the rescue and her adopter to take care of it once she weighs enough. She has been combo tested for FIV/FeLV (negative), microchipped, and started her vaccines. If interested in adopting Raptor, please submit an online adoption application and an adoption coordinator will contact you.

Adopt Raptor and Receive Raptor's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Raptor's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Raptor's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Raptor, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Raptor's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Raptor was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Raptor’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Raptor’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Raptor’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
