About this Dog
Meet Ignacio, aka “Nacho” — the little dog with the biggest heart you’ll ever meet. At just 2 years old and 10 pounds, Nacho has already lived through more than most dogs will in a lifetime. An old injury left him partially paralyzed in his hind legs and with a tiny bullet in his spine—but you would never know it from the way he runs, plays, and loves. Nacho isn’t just surviving—he’s thriving. He zips around the house with the joy of a puppy, hops on the couch for kisses, and dives into games of fetch or tug-of-war like it’s his mission in life . He gets along with dogs of all sizes, and has a playful, silly personality that will keep you smiling every day. He has the cutest grin when he's snuggled up to a person, happy that that he's got his way. His life goals are the following: to have his own person that he can keep warm with his hot potato body, and to have someone throw a ball or play tug. Nacho has an unshakable spirit and believes that every day is a good day when you’re with your family. Nacho is also crate trained, house trained (dog-door savvy) and—most importantly—ready to give his whole heart to someone who can look past what he’s been through and see the incredible dog he is today. He wears a belly band to help with his aim, which can be a cute little fashion accessory, or just be ready with some baby wipes or water if he's nakey. If you choose Nacho, you’re not just adopting a dog—you’re gaining a joyful, loyal companion who will show you the meaning of resilience and unconditional love. Are you interested in meeting Nacho? Contribute to Ignacio's Stash!

100% of Ignacio's balance will be sent to whoever adopts Ignacio.
Adopt Ignacio and Receive Ignacio's Fund
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Ignacio's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised.
$0.0 is Ignacio's current balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. If you adopted the Ignacio, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Ignacio's contribution here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the contribution by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the contribution. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Ignacio was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Ignacio’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Ignacio’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Ignacio’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
