"Howdy, I’m Rile E. Coyote – and I think you might be my person! I’m just a little over 1 year old, and every day I’m learning how wonderful life can be—especially when kind humans are part of it! At first, I might hang back a little (I’ve been through a lot, you know?), but if you give me a little time (and snacks), I’ll be right by your side, ready to snuggle, follow you around, and even rest my head in your lap. I already know all the basics like sit, down, wait, shake—and I’m house trained, too! I use a doggy door like a pro, and I’m learning that my crate isn’t so bad after all—it just takes me a minute to settle in. I’ve discovered that people are actually pretty great, especially the gentle ones who give me the love I need to feel safe. With that kind of commitment, I know I can be the very best companion. I’ve got lots of playful energy, so if you have another friendly pup at home, I’d love a playmate. But honestly? I’d also be totally happy getting all the love to myself! I’m a BIG fan of walks, car rides, and any adventure where I get to tag along with you! This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Rile E. Coyote was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Rile E. Coyote’s balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
We want the Rile E. Coyote’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Rile E. Coyote’s balance will remain in our general fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
