About this Cat
My name is Sir Hiss-a-lot, and yes... I hiss a lot...at people. I love my cat friends here at the sanctuary, but not so fond of the 2-legged giants here. I showed up at the sanctuary on a cold winter day. I sat shivering in the old barn and when I "talked" to the 2-legged giant I eventually got some food!! I knew there were other cats here, but I couldn't get into their building. I just hung around and in no time flat - bam! I was in a live trap, whisked away to the vet and then back to the sanctuary and finally...I got to go in where the other cats were. I am very happy now with my cat friends. Sir Hissy is a good boy, probably just very scared. He is a great resident here - eats his food and uses his litter box and never picks a fight. He just doesn't want anything to do with people. His BFF here at the sanctuary is Pebbles, and they need to be adopted together. Feel free to contact us if you would like to know more 715-468-7784 or email [email protected]

Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
