About this Dog
Hi! My name is Axel and me and several of my friends are all looking for forever homes. We were all surrendered to a small rescue by a backyard breeder who stated she was not able to care for us any longer due to family obligations. A volunteer with that rescue reached out to BCAA to see if they could help us and they said yes! We were all pretty confused and scared when we first came into foster but with patience and TLC from our foster parents, we are each slowly coming out of our shells; foster mom says I am doing really good. I am a long-haired chihuahua mix, about 3 years old and I weigh right at 9lbs. I have gotten along with all of the other small/medium sized dogs I have met and would love to find a home with another small dog to teach me the ropes. I haven't bothered the cats I've encountered (they are all bigger than me!). I have been doing pretty good lately in my crate overnight once I learned the schedule without accidents; I also haven't torn up any bedding but I would prefer to be out with you and if I hear or see you might let you know not to forget about me. I also share my crate with one of my small friends and we eat side-by-side without any issues. I have never had a leash on before coming into foster and I have to say I'm not a fan of them, so I will need a securely fenced yard in order to take care of my business. If you would like to meet me, please fill out an application which can be found at http://www.bcaaofnj.org.

Adopt Axel and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Axel's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Axel's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Axel, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Axel's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Axel was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Axel’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."
Dogecoin sets itself apart from other digital currencies with an amazing, vibrant community made up of friendly folks just like you. Dogecoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency that enables you to easily send money online.
Learn more about it on youtube or at dogecoin.com.
We want the Axel’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Axel’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
