About this Dog
Meet Squirrel. This adorable little nugget was found running as a stray in a field behind an apartment building. He is just a baby and not able to fend for himself. He was so fortunate to be rescued before he was harmed. Because of rescue, Squirrel is now safe and living in a foster home with a mom, dad, kids, two dogs, and a kitty. He’s getting great socialization while learning basic commands and the rules of home life. Squirrel is a naturally social pup who has a fun-loving spirit and loves to cuddle He likes to sit on your lap and get pets, but also enjoys playing fetch and will even bring the ball back to you. You’ll often find him romping and playing with his foster siblings in the yard - both canine and human. He follows the older dogs around and learns from them. Squirrel has already proven to be a smart boy with good house manners for such a young puppy. He’s crate-trained and very close to being fully housetrained. He can make it through the night without having to go potty and never has accidents in his crate. Good boy, Squirrel! Like all puppies, you have to keep an eye on him to make sure he doesn’t get into mischief. This sweet boy is gorgeous and charms everyone he meets. He'll make a great sidekick that you can take with you anywhere (park, brewery, hikes) and does well meeting new people and other dogs. His foster parents have already started working on leash training and he's comfortable on leash now. He still gets excited and pulls, but he's learning the process. We are looking for a fun, active family who has a flexible schedule and is ready for puppy mode. Adopt Squirrel and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Squirrel's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Squirrel's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Squirrel, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Squirrel's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Squirrel was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Squirrel’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Squirrel’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Squirrel’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
