About this Dog
Animal Profile: Mystery is, well, a mystery! She followed a couple in the Del Rio area home on the 4th of July, and was taken to the city pound when no one came looking for her. She is estimated to be about 3-years-old and weighs 50lbs. Mystery was at risk for euthanasia due to space, and our rescue partners AARC pulled her before that could happen. Mystery has been in foster care with a groomer in TX, and is wonderful with other dogs, and is house and crate trained. She attended adoption events and is very friendly with people, and was gentle with toddlers at the events. We know we can find this good girl the fresh start she deserves here in the PNW! Foster Update: Mystery is a very sweet and loving girl, a little shy at first but warms up to people very quickly with some pets. She has a medium energy level and has done very well on walks. She is interested in other dogs but so far has been very neutral, hopefully will be playful once she comes out of her shell a little more. She seems to have some prey drive while on walks with squirrels and bunnies so might be best in a house with no cats or a dog savvy cat. She has been awesome with my 1 year old son so far. She is crate trained and potty trained, and will need a bit more obedience training but we are working on it. She is super food motivated so training should be pretty easy. Her ideal family would probably have another balanced dog but she would be fine as an only dog as well. She would love a yard, but I think she would be ok in an apartment with ample walks. Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $550 which includes spay/neuter, core vaccinations per AVMA standards, heartworm test if applicable, microchip with registration, and health certificate. Your adoption fee may be tax deductible as DGS is a 501c3 organization. All adoption fees go toward the care of all dogs in our rescue. Apply Online: www.DogGoneSeattle.org/adoption-application Animal History: This dog is being transferred from Animal Advocacy & Rescue our partner in Del Rio Texas and arriving via Paws Up Rescue on 09/16/2024 to the Seattle area. This dog will be fostered in the greater Seattle area and available for adoption once evaluated in foster care.

Adopt Mystery and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Mystery's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Mystery's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Mystery, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Mystery's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Mystery was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Mystery’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Mystery’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Mystery’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
