About this Dog
Name: Zipper Approximate breed: Plott Hound mix Gender: Male Approximate age: 2.5 years Approximate weight: 55 lbs Vetting/Vaccinations: Up to date Spayed/Neutered: Yes Good with Children: 10+yo Good with Dogs: Yes Good with Cats: Unknown Housetrained: Yes Crate Trained: Trustworthy without Ideal Family: Active Adoption Fee: $550 Handsome Zipper was previously adopted to a family that love him very much, but a change in the family dynamics since the birth of their first baby has been difficult. He’s been thriving back in foster care, loving to get out for hikes and take time to relax. He’s laid back and independent but still very in tune with his people. He loves a bit of activity every day, especially sniff walks or getting to run or hike, then counters it with lots of snuggles and napping afterwards – it’s all about balance! He does great at doggy daycare where he plays well with other dogs. He’s potty & crate trained (though he’s trustworthy uncrated and mostly uses it as a napping spot), and knows a few basics like ‘sit,’ ‘no,’ and has decent recall. He’d love to be your adventure buddy and then fill your home with that special, comforting presence of a snoozing pup ❤️ Does Zipper sound like the sweetie for you? Fill out an adoption application today! All of our available adoptable dogs are on Facebook, Petfinder, and our website. If a dog is no longer listed it means they have an adoption pending. We are a nonprofit organization - all adoption fees go towards the rescue, veterinary care, and transportation of these dogs in order to get them ready for their forever homes. We are a shelterless rescue. All of our dogs are housed in foster homes to help them de-stress and get used to a home environment while they await adoption, giving us the opportunity to understand their personalities and needs.

Adopt Zipper and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Zipper's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Zipper's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Zipper, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Zipper's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Zipper was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Zipper’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."
Dogecoin sets itself apart from other digital currencies with an amazing, vibrant community made up of friendly folks just like you. Dogecoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency that enables you to easily send money online.

We want the Zipper’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Zipper’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
