About this Dog
This gentle giant is Herman! Herman is a one-year-old Anatolian Shepherd mix, who currently weighs around 80 pounds, but once he gains all the weight he needs, he should max out between 120 – 130 pounds. Herman is a great big love bug, who thinks he is a lap pet, loves playing with the other dogs, of all sizes and ages, in his foster home, chewing on some bones and eating!! Herman loves to eat, which is surprising since he is underweight by almost 30 pounds. Because Herman was deprived of food, he will not be the typical size of an Anatolian, but we will get him as close as possible to it. Herman is doing crate on his crate training, he does talk for a few minutes before settling down, and is working on his house training, but this is more than likely due to just getting neutered. Based on Herman’s personality we do not expect any issues with children, except he is a big puppy and could knock them over, and he has not been around cats so they are unknown If you are interested in adopting Herman, please submit an inquiry directly to Greater Charlotte SPCA by visiting charlottespca.org/adopt. The adoption amount is a suggested donation of $200 to $300 dollars based on the pet's age. **Because our rescue is composed entirely of volunteers, local applications will take precedence. We will accept out of town applications, but any family is responsible for coming to Charlotte to complete a meet and greet. All out of town applicants will also have to be willing to drive to Charlotte to pick up the pet as soon as they are approved to adopt. **

Adopt Herman and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Herman's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Herman's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Herman, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Herman's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Herman was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Herman’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Herman’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Herman’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
