About this Cat
"Hello! I'm Kenley, a gentle Calico female born around March 19, 2023. Like my sister Keighley, I'm a bit on the shy side at first, but with some patience and love, I'll warm up and show you just how sweet I can be with just a softer approach. Once I get to know you, I absolutely love pets and getting brushed--my soft purrs will let you know I'm enjoying every moment. With my longer, beautiful fur, regular grooming is important to keep me looking my best. I'm a big fan of feather wand toys and laser pointers--they really bring out my playful side! And Churu treats? Yes, please! I love exploring higher shelves, where I can survey everything from above. While you quietly work or watch TV you'll often find me quietly sitting on the couch or floor next to you. I might not be the type to sit on your lap right away, but I'll always be close by, keeping you company. My personality shines in a serene environment, so I will do better in an adult home with calm natured kids 12 years+ who understand my needs. If things get too hectic around me and I need to find a quiet space, I am skilled at opening cupboards and drawers, so please keep an eye on me to make sure I don't accidentally get myself locked in somewhere! One thing to note--I don't like being scruffed and might need a few tricks to get me in my carrier when it's time for a vet visit. I'm bonded with my sister Keighley. We're two peas in a pod and would be happiest finding a forever home together. I'm a little cautious around unfamiliar cats so if you do have cats at home, please introduce us very slowly. Wild Blue has excellent advice on how to introduce me to your pets so we all get along. It is not known if I have experience with dogs. If you're looking for a gentle, loving companion who will fully blossom with a bit of patience and time, I might just be the perfect fit for you. I can't wait to find a home where Keighley and I can feel safe, loved, and truly ourselves. If you are interested in meeting us, please apply online at wbcats.org/adopt. Thank you!"

Adopt Kenley and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Kenley's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Kenley's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Kenley, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Kenley's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Kenley was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Kenley’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."
Dogecoin sets itself apart from other digital currencies with an amazing, vibrant community made up of friendly folks just like you. Dogecoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency that enables you to easily send money online.
Learn more about it on youtube or at dogecoin.com.
We want the Kenley’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Kenley’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
