We do offer a foster-to-adopt trial to approved adopters. Cecilia is a sweet, shy girl. She was surrendered when her owner lost her home and could not bring her along when she became homeless. Cecilia is so afraid at the shelter - all the other dogs and the noises scare her. She is the perfect candidate for a second chance. Cecilia is dog friendly and tested well with cats.
