About this Dog
Meet Lucy! Lucy and her sister were dumped in early May at a home that is unable to keep them. They appear to be German shepherd and labrador mixes. While we don't know her precise birthdate, we estimate that Lucy was born in Spring 2023. Although they were very scared at first, the sisters soon began to trust their caretakers and relax a little. Lucy is alert, obedient, and always lets her sister have food first. She is a bit shy at first, but warms up pretty quickly to new people. Lucy is ready for a home of her own with people to dote on her. She is fairly large (about 65 lbs.), so she would do best in a home without small children. Lucy may be okay with friendly dogs and would probably do best in a home without cats. Adopt Lucy and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Lucy's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Lucy's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Lucy, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Lucy's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Lucy was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Lucy’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."
Dogecoin sets itself apart from other digital currencies with an amazing, vibrant community made up of friendly folks just like you. Dogecoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency that enables you to easily send money online.
Learn more about it on youtube or at dogecoin.com.
We want the Lucy’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Lucy’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
