Dusty -- full name: Dusty Bottoms -- is one of the most fun kittens we've had a long time. He's a tiny, pear-shaped boy with a huge personality and the cutest white tail tip! Dusty's perfect day includes solo snuggles and chin rubs, little haunch massages, and a lot of interactive play with literally any toy. At night he'll want to sleep on your pillow, preferably while stretched out on his back, legs sprawled out to all sides. His fosters are obsessed with him (but at cat max, so cannot adopt him) and he gets along fabulously with their resident cats. Dusty has one eye, and everyone who meets him finds him particularly charming *because* of his special feature. He doesn't let anything stop him...unless it's a big cuddle from his new parent(s). We found Dusty along with his siblings and mom in a parking lot in Crown Heights in July, seeking shelter from the 100-degree heat under a car. They were all in rough shape -- Dusty more so than the rest -- but all bounced back thanks to our TLC and their strong will to live. We can't wait to see him in his forever home. Dusty is 3 months old, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV and FeLV. He must be adopted along with another kitten or young adult, or into a home with a friendly and playful resident cat. After verifying the adoption, Dusty Bottoms's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Dusty Bottoms was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Dusty Bottoms’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
