About this Cat
**Meet Sir : The Curious and Playful Cat!** Sir is an energetic, curious, and playful cat who loves to explore his surroundings and chase after his favorite toys. He’s always on the lookout for a new adventure, especially if it involves "stalking" his stuffed mouse plushie or playfully batting at your hand. When he's not busy playing, Sir enjoys watching the world from a sunny windowsill or finding a cozy spot under the bed or in a box to hide and nap. He's a fan of running water and will be entertained by a sink for hours! While he may be a bit wary of new things, Sir is also very social with new people. He’s not overly vocal, but he’ll let out a soft meow when he wants your attention. In the mornings and evenings, Sir loves to be pet, especially on the side of his head and around his ears, and he might even curl up in your lap for some cuddle time. However, he's not a fan of being picked up and will let you know with a claw or nip if he's not in the mood. Sir has a feisty side and can get territorial, especially around his litter box. He prefers a clean litter box and may refuse to use it if it hasn't been scooped within 24-48 hours. He's very food motivated and will try to sneak a bite from your plate if you're not watching, so he might need to be put in another room during mealtime. Sir is unique and fun, with a clear personality that's full of curiosity and energy. He's not just a playful cat; he's an interactive companion who loves to keep you on your toes! **Ideal Home for Sir :** - A home where he can play, explore, and engage with his human companions. - Someone who enjoys an active, playful cat and understands that he can be a little feisty at times. - A household that can provide plenty of interactive toys, scratching posts, and a routine to help keep him happy and engaged. - Sir would do best in a home without small children or with someone who understands his boundaries and can handle his spirited personality. If you're looking for a playful, curious cat with a big personality, Sir might be the perfect addition to your home!

Adopt Sir and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Sir's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Sir's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Sir, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Sir's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Sir was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Sir’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Sir’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Sir’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
