About this Dog
Look at those adorable ears! Reese was rescued as a stray from the Stanislaus shelter. It was clear she was running the streets as a feral dog and never had human contact. We gave her a chance and she is thriving in her foster home! Reese is a gentle soul who needs a kind and patient human. Her sensitivity makes her very attuned to her surroundings and environment. She is incredibly intelligent and her savvy surely helped her survive on the streets. She is a fast learner, eager to please and willing to do what is asked of her. She is highly food motivated and easy to train. She already does regular "check-ins" during her walks and pays attention to you. She has a goofy and fun personality. She loves to play, chew her bones/toys, and run zoomies in the backyard. Reese loves cats and is respectful of their space. She is a nice medium compact size (~30 lbs) but is fit and athletic enough to keep up on trails. She would be a great agility or search and rescue dog, the possibilities are endless. Her rehabilitation consists of daily exercise, socialization and basic obedience training. She is a blank slate who is off to a great start, just needs the right people to finish her and she will be an amazing, loyal best friend! She would do best in a quiet home without young children. Someone who has a well trained role model resident dog would be ideal to help her gain confidence and overcome her fear. This project dog is definitely worth the effort and she will reward you everyday if just given the chance!

Adopt Reese and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Reese's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Reese's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Reese, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Reese's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Reese was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Reese’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Reese’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Reese’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
