About this Cat
dob 4/30/24 Scooby was part of a litter of feral kittens born under a house. TC Paw placed them in a foster home, where his foster family has worked diligently to get him accustomed to being with humans. Scooby has changed a great deal. When he first arrived, he hissed and would not engage. With his foster mom's slow, consistent effort to get him closer to her on his terms, he has made tons of progress. His tail is up now, and he is very happy. He lets her pick him up without food being the motivation. When she kisses his head, he leans into it. He’s a very sweet boy. She says he is lanky and soft, and she loves the curl at the end of his tail. He loves dry food. He gives a little cry and waves his head around in circles when he knows his dry food is coming. He gets very excited. He loves to play and jump high for the “birdie” on the end of string tied to a stick. It’s his favorite game. Scooby's foster mom has good advice for continuing his progress toward acclimation in his new home, like blocking hiding places and using feeding time as the best time to help him enjoy being with you. She is happy to share it with anyone interested in him. Scooby came in with Smoke and Odin. Check their pages too. His foster family welcomes home visits to meet the kittens.

100% of Scooby's Dogecoin balance will be sent to whoever adopts Scooby.
Adopt Scooby and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Scooby's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Scooby's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Scooby, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Scooby's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Scooby was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Scooby’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."
Dogecoin sets itself apart from other digital currencies with an amazing, vibrant community made up of friendly folks just like you. Dogecoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency that enables you to easily send money online.
Learn more about it on youtube or at dogecoin.com.
We want the Scooby’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Scooby’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
