Please contact my foster, [email protected] Choo came to the shelter in mid August having been hit by a car. He has been in foster since mid September where he has thrived despite a broken pelvis and dislocated hip. He happily coexists in a home with two cats and two dogs (we introduced them slowly for everyone's benefit). This week (October 10) he will have surgery on his hip and get neutered. He will have full mobility and a pain free life ahead after a rest of 4 weeks. Who wants to bring this good boy home for Thanksgiving!- house and crate trained- quiet, rarely barks- very loving and affectionate- dog and cat friendly- loves children and doesn't jump- prey drive only for squirrels and insects- eager to please and quick to learn- comes when called- medium energy, gets zoomies but can also be calmed down easily- entertains himself with toys, bones, and balls- nice medium size- lovely temperament and the sweetest dog!

Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, CHOO CHOO's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and CHOO CHOO was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, CHOO CHOO’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org.
