#A5647003 Sheldon is a handsome feline who arrived at the Care Center as a stray on July 3. Sheldon came in with some puncture wounds on his back and possible injury to one of his back legs. Sheldon was sent to an outside vet for treatment to the wounds and full body x-rays. No fractures were found, therefore, it is suspected that there may be some lameness and/or atrophy to the leg from a previous injury. Despite this, Sheldon has adapted quite well. He’s confident and friendly. He just needs to find his special human who will take him home and love him forever. Sheldon is… 2-years-old 10.54 lbs. Neutered Vaccinated Microchipped As a formality, adopter will sign a health waiver and take Sheldon to own vet for any further treatment that may be needed. Sheldon is ready to go home! ------- United Hope for Animals (UHA) is a volunteer group and does not have a facility for animals. This pet is part of our Shelter Support Program at the Baldwin Park Shelter. Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, SHELDON's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).

For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and SHELDON was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, SHELDON’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
