About this Dog
A FUN & SWEET FELLOW: Approx. 9 years old / Approx. 18 lbs. Hi, my name is Herman! Mostly Mutts rescued me from animal control and boy, am I glad they did! I needed some TLC, and it didn’t take me long to realize I had come to the right place for that when I joined the MM family! They are going to see to it that my positive heartworm condition is treated. Also, I needed a good dental cleaning which I have received thanks to a grant from The Grey Muzzle Organization! Now, I am ready to find my new family! • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I recently met some other dogs at Mostly Mutts, and – though I was a tad barky once we engaged in play, I liked spending time with them. If you have a nice doggie at home, let’s meet! / I’ve been pretty good with the kitty cats in my foster home. We are still getting used to each other and I’m very interested in them and will chase them if they run, so we’re still figuring it out. If you have a dog-friendly kitty, let’s meet! / I haven’t met kids yet at Mostly Mutts or in my foster home, so let’s meet and best no toddlers that I may bump over as I do jump a bit when I meet people. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I’m a super friendly little guy with a playful and fun nature. I’m enthusiastic when I play and love spending time with the nice volunteers and everyone I’ve met in my foster home! My foster family reports that I’m a very sweet and loving guy who is also a funny fellow with a chill and playful spirit! I was also a real trooper for my medicated spa bath when I arrived at MM. / My energy level is 4-6. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I know the ‘sit’ and ‘down’ commands so far and I’m working on even more in my foster home, so I’m sure you can teach me lots more! I’m a little jumpy when I meet new people, so I’m working on that now. / My crate manners are good in my foster home. I sleep there overnight without any issues. / My potty manners are good in my foster home. • LIKES/DISLIKES: I love exploring the house, the yard, and the neighborhood when we go for walks. I also just love being near everyone in my foster home. Running around in my foster’s yard is great fun too, but I do have to keep that to a minimum until I’ve had my heart worm treatment and rest/recovery time. At the shelter, I enjoyed playing with toys, Pup-Peroni treats, cheese, taking walks, exploring, belly rubs and getting lots of love and attention. / I can’t think of any dislikes, though I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, and training. • MEDICAL: I'm current on vaccinations, micro-chipped and neutered. I don’t have sight in my right eye due to a cataract. I’ve just had a dental cleaning, and 11 teeth pulled, so my mouth is fresh again! Unfortunately, my previous owner did not keep me on a monthly heartworm preventative, so I am heartworm positive. Mostly Mutts will cover the cost of my treatment with their vet, so local adoption only. A mass was found on my neck, and it appears to be a benign cyst. I’ll need my family to monitor it, and have it removed if it grows. I am looking for a great home with a loving family! My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.

Adopt Herman and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Herman's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Herman's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Herman, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Herman's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Herman was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Herman’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Herman’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Herman’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
