About this Rabbit
Meet Peter and Paula! These two bonded lionheads are looking for their forever home together. Paula is the brown lionhead who is around 4 years old, and Peter is the black and white lionhead who is around 3 years old. These two are adorably inseparable! These two have had a rough start to life, and are understandably a little shy. Thankfully, they are starting to warm up and Paula is starting to enjoy some head scratches! They don't like to be picked up, but will bond with their new people a lot better on their level (on the floor). These two had a horrible diet when they came to us, so they are still getting used to a healthy rabbit food. Luckily they really love their hay! Any hay based toy or treat is also a huge hit with them! They are still working on litter habits, but are doing pretty well. Peter and Paula would love a nice, quiet home. They would be happiest in a home without small, excitable children since they aren't a fan of loud noises or fast movements. We haven't tested them with dogs or cats, so we can't say for sure how they would react, but we think they may do just fine so long as their space is respected. Of note, Peter has a cataract in his left eye that makes him partially blind, but he has absolutely no problems getting around and doing all things bunny! If you think these two might be the bunnies for you, please fill out an application at www.iowarabbitrescue.org/adopt

Adopt Peter and Paula and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Peter and Paula's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Peter and Paula's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Peter and Paula, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Peter and Paula's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Peter and Paula was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Peter and Paula’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.

We want the Peter and Paula’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Peter and Paula’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
