About this Dog
Cora is an outgoing, friendly, typical high-energy Heeler puppy! She loves people and all the attention she can soak in, but she also plays hard. She loves to wrestle, do zoomies, explore, and play with her toys. She is still working on adult skills, like walking on a leash and potty-training, since she is just a baby. She would enjoy having an active family who wants to include her in their activities. She gets along well with everyone including other animals, but is still just a puppy so she may need some minor guidance to mind her manners. This girl is a sweetheart, and a gem, who will be the delight of any Cattle Dog lover! The adoption fee for Cora is $375, all of which goes back into offseting our high-cost vetting expenses and rescuing more dogs. We are a 100% volunteer-run rescue group and rely on adoption fees and donations to continue saving lives. Adoption fees include spay/neuter, current on age-appropriate vaccinations, fecal, deworming, flea/tick and heartworm preventative, heartworm tested if old enough (and treated if positive), and microchipped. Please visit http://heartlandgsrescue.rescuegroups.org/info/adoption for more information about our adoption process and requirements, and to apply. Like all Cattle Dogs, Border Collies, GSDs, and other herding breeds and mixes, Cora will need positive reinforcement training, consistency, boundaries, activity and socialization. Cora's ideal home will be a household with good routine and prior Australian Cattle Dog (or similar herding breed) experience. Like any of our dogs, sweet Cora will make a great addition to an active home that will provide the love, structure, activity and mental stimulation that her breed requires. Even if you exercise and play with your dog daily in your fenced yard, please remember that you MUST still take your dog out on daily walks and outings, in order to provide sufficient stimulation, ward off boredom, and work on leash skills and manners.

Adopt Cora and Receive Dogecoin
Adopting a pet can be expensive, and we're trying to help by fundraising for each individual in need of adoption. After verifying the adoption, Cora's new family will receive the funds that their pet has raised. Dogecoin is digital currency that can be exchanged for cash, traded, or held as an investment (see the "What is Dogecoin" section below).
0.0 DOGE is Cora's current Dogecoin balance
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. If you adopted the Cora, thank you for providing a home and a loving family!
Please begin the process of claiming Cora's Dogecoin here.
For adoptions in which nokillnetwork.org was the matchmaker and we have contact information for both parties, we make every effort to contact the adopting family. For adoptions that were not facilitated by nokillnetwork.org, we still encourage the adopting family to claim the Dogecoin by submitting the necessary information.
The adopting family is the only party eligible to receive the Dogecoin. The adopting family will be required to provide proof of adoption between 4-6 weeks after adoption. This is to ensure that the home is a good match and Cora was not returned. After we have verified the adoption, Cora’s Dogecoin balance will be sent to the adopting family. Our staff provides instructions and help throughout this process.
"The fun and friendly internet currency."
Dogecoin sets itself apart from other digital currencies with an amazing, vibrant community made up of friendly folks just like you. Dogecoin is a decentralized, peer-to-peer digital currency that enables you to easily send money online.

We want the Cora’s balance to go to the adopting family as a way to say thank you for providing a loving home and to help with pet care expenses. In the unfortunate event we cannot contact them and verify the adoption, Cora’s balance will remain in our general Dogecoin fund. This fund may be used to match contributions made to other adoptable pets, incentify other adoption-related actions, promote our mission, or support the operating expenses of nokillnetwork.org. If you would like to make a direct contribution to nokillnetwork.org to help us help other pets in need, you can go here. We appreciate your generosity and help!
