About this Dog
Casper the friendly Pyrenees is in search of his forever home! This smiley, lovable boy has been through so much in his young life. He survived being hit by a car and undergoing surgery to repair his leg, and has maintained a positive outlook on life. He loves being around his favorite humans and has a particular fondness for the ladies! Casper is crate trained, house trained, and walks well on a leash. His favorite pastime is spending the day outside in the fresh air, chilling in the shade. The quickest way to Casper's big heart is through a snack of cheese or chicken, and he does well with the cats where he’s being fostered! Described as “gentle and patient” by his foster mom, Casper is great with kids, keeping a watchful eye on their movements and ensuring they aren't getting into trouble. He loves being brushed, playing with toys, and chowing down on a bone in his off-duty time from guarding the yard or babysitting. Casper's perfect family would include a loving pyr-ent or two, lots of time spent outdoors, and maybe even a sibling - human, canine, or cat! If you need a buddy to watch scary movies with, Casper may just be your perfect companion. - Written by K.P.
